A Purdue graduate, Rick has over thirty years of extensive commercial and residential construction management experience. Rick has played a key role in the construction of single and multi-story retail center, office buildings and warehouses. His client list includes Xerox, National City Bank, Finance Center Federal Credit Union. Rick oversees the plan production department.

Joe Ault
Joe joined the Signature family in 2013 as an Assistant Superintendent. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Western Illinois University followed by a Masters of Science in Building Construction Management at Purdue University. In his time at Signature, Joe has worked in both multi-family residential and mixed use light commercial as a Superintendent and General Superintendent. Joe is now working with the architectural plan production department performing QAQC reviews and coordinating construction administration as projects move from design into construction.

Charles began work with Signature Construction, LLC in 2017 after spending over 10 years in the architecture profession and works in the Plan Production department as a Plan Production Manager. He manages various design teams on behalf of the Owner and Signature Construction with the goal of maintaining the design schedule and drawing accuracy of our multi-family projects. Charles is a licensed architect and a member of the AIA.

Christie has over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering for single family, multi-family, and municipal infrastructure projects. Christie graduated from Purdue University in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Christie performs Quality Assurance and Quality Control on civil engineering plans prior to bid and construction with an eye toward constructability. Christie believes the key to a successful construction project is complete and accurate drawings.
