Ivy Ridge Apartments

Ivy Ridge is Pedcor’s first new construction apartment community in Georgia. Gwinnett County, one of Atlanta metro’s fast-growing counties, is where Ivy Ridge Apartments will offer 256 apartment homes. The apartment community is intended for working individuals and families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. The community is located a half-mile south of the Mall of Georgia, Georgia’s largest indoor mall, and adjacent to The Exchange at Gwinnett – the county’s newest and best live, work, play district.  The Buford location, just a few minutes northeast of Atlanta, allows quick and easy access to I-85.

Ivy Ridge Apartments boasts an array of amenities including a clubhouse with a community room, a fully equipped business center, fitness center, and a central laundry facility with energy-efficient washer and dryer sets. Community amenities also include a swimming pool, playground, optional garages, and carports, and grilling/picnic stations to encourage a healthy work-life balance. Offering five affordable floorplans for 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, each apartment provides central air conditioning, window blinds, abundant closets and storage, water-conserving fixtures, fully equipped kitchens with Energy Star appliances, washer and dryer hookups, and an individual patio or balcony.
