In February 2022, The Creek at Cottonwood team opened the clubhouse doors to prospects and began pre-leasing and staff training. The Creek at Cottonwood began moving in the first residents in late September. Located at 5975 Karst Heights, in the Northern suburban fringe of Colorado Springs, the site benefits from proximity to I-25, E-470, and the Northwest Parkway. The Creek at Cottonwood will be managed by Pedcor Management Corporation. The community features a fully-amenitized clubhouse, including a community room, kitchen, fitness center, business center, laundry, and an outdoor pool. There will be 11 buildings with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a private patio or balcony.
A Pedcor representative stated, “we have received positive feedback from both prospects and our new residents. When we started touring our apartments a few weeks ago, everyone was impressed with the community and commented on the apartment interiors, outstanding location and especially the incredible views of Pikes Peak.”
The apartment community is built by Signature Construction, LLC, a Pedcor Company. The Creek at Cottonwood Apartment Homes will provide stable, inclusive, and quality rental housing for residents of Colorado Springs. The Creek at Cottonwood Apartment Homes is one of 187 apartment communities in the Pedcor Companies’ portfolio, which includes 6 developments in Colorado and is now the first in the Colorado Springs market.
