On September 13, 2022, Pedcor Management Corporation hosted a 3-day Management Conference that brought in 120 employees from Coast to Coast. Our 35-year celebration boasted numerous events to support our teams. Due to the Pandemic, our teams had not been able to be brought together since 2018 and the positive impact of gathering together was enjoyed by all who attended.

There were numerous awards given to sites and individuals to highlight their excellence in our industry. Celebrations included awards for Perfect State Audit, Community of the Year, Rising Star, Leasing, Asst Manager, Property Manager and Corporate Leadership. Awards culminated with the WILLO Award of Distinction. This award was created to honor individuals in the organization that demonstrate the “Can Do” spirit in their actions and have clearly created a positive impact on the entirety of the Pedcor Management Corporation organization.
A couple of fun facts were brought to light: PMC was created in 1987 and at that time there were two communities in Indiana and 4 sites and 2 corporate employees. As we scroll forward to the present, PMC has 94 communities in 15 states with 366 sites and 49 corporate employees! And, since the last PMC portfolio wide conference in 2018, 4800 units on 23 sites have been opened.
As a celebration of continuing education, 13 Accredited Resident Managers (ARM) were installed as new members to the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The recipients were in training in Indianapolis for a week and then went through rigorous testing to gain the accreditation. Congratulations to all the new ARM’s as they join the 45 colleagues within PMC that have earned this designation.
