Village Capital Corporation closed on the financing for a new Class A development in Round Rock, Texas on December 2022, allowing for the commencement of construction activities. The 292-unit multi-family development, Residences of Siena South, will include the highest standard apartment features and community amenities to fit the residents’ lifestyles.

Residences of Siena South, located at 5154 Sofia Place, just off County Road 110 and only 1.5 miles from Highway 130, is both convenient and accessible for future residents. The community will include 12 three-story residential buildings consisting of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments and a clubhouse.
The development will feature a resort-style multi-tiered swimming pool and a lap pool, two playgrounds, and a dog park. Other amenities will include a covered pavilion with sitting area, grills and picnic tables, a fitness center, business center, garage and carport options, and a laundry facility. The interior apartment amenities include nine-foot ceilings in living rooms and bedrooms, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, covered patios/ balconies, and walk-in closets.
